Questions, answered

Billing is tied to each body model generated when a shopper submits a pair of photos and gets a fit recommendation. Reuse across product pages in one session counts once. The monthly count resets on the first day of each calendar month.
Send CSV or Excel files in a standard graded spec format: measurement name, size, and value in cm. Brands with smaller catalogs can enter specs directly. During onboarding, our team reviews the files and flags unclear measurement points or values outside the model's reference range.
Monthly plans carry no minimum commitment. Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate and become non-refundable after 30 days. Pilot has no time limit and requires no credit card.
At the monthly limit, shoppers receive a size guide fallback instead of the Thinx3D widget. There are no overage charges. An email alert arrives at 80% usage, giving you time to respond before the limit is reached.
Body measurements are processed ephemerally by default. Photos are discarded after model extraction, and derived measurements are not retained beyond the active session unless a shopper opts in to save a profile for future visits. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.
Pilot access is offered through our early-access program. Apply through the contact form, then our team will arrange an onboarding call and set up the account. Slots are limited per quarter, and applications are reviewed in the order received.
